This is Party Invitation #MTA020-HF, "Mini vellum envelope".
Size is 5.25"x5.25". Two layer card with mini vellum
envelope attached. The mini envelope which holds a mini top fold note with a back card and a
separate small flat card. Compose the text to be printed in your choice of typestyle and ink
on the front and inside of the top fold note and the front of the small
card. Unprinted vellum envelope included.
